How do I order DemandUKTV?
Simple. Just hit the “Buy Now” button and you’ll be asked to complete a short form to order your system. On receiving your order, your DemandUKTV account will be set-up and activated by our team, and your all important set-top box will be shipped direct to you so that you can start to enjoy UK wherever you are.
Once ordered, how long until my system is ready to use?
Most new customer systems are set up or shipped within 48 hours. The box is sent out active for you to simply follow our instructions and start watching as soon as you receive the box.
What do I need to get your service?
All our service requires is a broadband internet connection. We recommend that you have an internet speed of at least 4Mbps to receive good quality streams. Our Blade Stream set top box simply plugs straight into your television via the HDMI socket and you’re ready to go. It’s that easy!
Can I choose the channels I want?
Our package comes with a set range of channels. In some cases, we do offer specialist add-ons such as HD channels. We’ve carefully created a range of channels tailored to suit most tastes and demands and believe there should be more than enough to satisfy your appetite for British telly.
Will any equipment be sent to me?
Yes, once your order has been placed, we’ll ship the Freeview Blade Set-top box to you in the post, usually via courier service.
Why do I need all of this equipment?
In order to legally access your television streams over the internet, you are required to purchase or lease your own receiving and transmission equipment. DemandUKTV hosts, monitors and supports your equipment as part of our service to you meaning you get to enjoy uninterrupted access to your British television entertainment.
Can I watch your service on a regular TV?
Absolutely! This is exactly what our Blade Stream box was designed for. It plugs straight into your regular television set and acts just like a regular Freeview receiver. It’s so quick and easy to set up that practically anybody can use it.
Can I talk to someone about your services?

Can I try a demonstration of your online TV service?
No sorry, we are unable to offer demonstrations of the Blade Stream box as it requires supplying a box direct to your home. You can however, watch one of the many videos demonstrating the Blade Stream box in action at our YouTube channel. Can I share my login information with others?
What happens if I want to cancel?
All DemandUKTV packages come with a standard three month minimum contract period. Customers who wish to cancel their service can do so after the initial three month period has elapsed with no cancellation penalties or fees. Should you cancel, all services will be ceased and terminated effective immediately. If you purchased a Blade Stream box, that is yours to keep however access to our service via the box will no longer operate.
Who provides your data connectivity?
Our data centre is linked to the biggest and best data providers in the world. We have direct fibre connections to Global Crossing, Level 3 Communications, British Telecom, PCCW, LINX and others.
Do I have full control over programming?
Your television programming is 100% in your hands and is never shared. No one else can watch it, no one else can block you from it and you have full remote control of your TV receiver via your preferred device or set-top box. This is the beauty of DemandUKTV – it is a fully-fledged one-to-one service and we pride ourselves on delivering only the best possible picture, sound and variety of channels. My connection is poor. Is there a problem?
We always strive to provide you with the fastest data stream possible however, many factors may impact your viewing experience. Your streams are delivered from our Tier 1 internet data centre in the United Kingdom and we have multiple agreements with internet service providers worldwide to ensure the fastest possible download connection to your device. At certain times, your local internet service provider may experience peak demand during mornings and evenings and this may cause a degradation is connection speeds. If your problems persist throughout the entire day however, please contact our support team and we’ll do everything possible to assist you.
I can’t connect! What can I do?
Whilst connection problems are rare, they do occasionally occur. If your problems persist, please log into your DemandUKTV account and submit a support request form detailing the problems you are experiencing or email us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our technical team will respond to your concerns within 24 hours.
I'm a technophobe! Can you help me setup my DemandUKTV system?

How do I pay for your service?
Your subscription fees for DemandUKTV are automatically billed to your preferred credit card each month on the same calendar day as when you joined us. If you need to change your payment method, please contact email@example.com
Are your prices guaranteed?
The rates you pay for DemandUKTV services will never go up from the rate you paid when you signed up. Any possible future increases are only applied to new customers so you always pay the same rate as when you first joined us.
